Privacy notice.
This notice explains what personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have. It covers this website only — not any project we deliver under a separate agreement.

What this website collects automatically
Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no advertising, social or tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so simply reading a page sends no data to any third party.
- Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). These logs are retained by Cloudflare for 30 days.
The consultation form
If you submit the form we process the name, work email, company, service of interest, timeline and message you provide.
We use it solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Providing a name, email and message is necessary to reply; the other fields are optional. We keep enquiry correspondence for 24 months and then delete it.
Service providers
We use a small number of processors, each bound by a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
- Resend — transmits form submissions to our inbox.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the form, where enabled. It is a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA and does not profile you across sites.
International transfers
We operate from the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland and India, so your enquiry may be accessed by our team outside the EEA. Transfers rely on the European Commission adequacy decision for Switzerland and, where required, on Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to sales@ainexus.tech and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the FDPIC, or the authority in your EU country of residence.
Changes
We update this notice when our processing changes. The date below reflects the current version.
