Software and AI development in Dubai
Our headquarters, and the commercial home of every engagement we run.
Dubai is where AI Nexus Tech is headquartered and where client engagements are contracted and led. Teams here work with organisations across the UAE and the wider Gulf on software, cloud, mobile, applied AI and cybersecurity — in English and Arabic, on Gulf business hours, with delivery capacity in Europe and India behind them.
Why clients here work with us
What a Dubai headquarters changes in practice, rather than on a map.
One contract, three time zones
You contract with the Dubai entity and get a team that spans the Gulf, Europe and South Asia — without managing three vendors or reconciling three sets of terms.
Bilingual delivery
Requirements gathered, workshops run and documentation produced in English or Arabic, including right-to-left interfaces built properly rather than mirrored as an afterthought.
In the room when it matters
Discovery workshops, architecture reviews and steering meetings held in person across the Emirates, with the same senior engineers who write the code.
Working in the UAE market
Gulf clients tend to arrive with an aggressive timeline and a genuine appetite for AI, which is a good combination only if someone is willing to say which parts of the ambition are achievable in the quarter and which are not. We scope in public, put the trade-offs in writing, and would rather lose a deal at the scoping stage than a year in.
Data residency comes up early in regulated sectors here, and the answer is architectural rather than contractual: workloads are designed so that the data that must stay in-country stays in-country, using the UAE regions that AWS, Azure and Google Cloud operate, with the rest of the estate placed wherever it is cheapest and fastest.
The working week and the working day both differ from Europe, so delivery is planned around Gulf hours as the primary calendar — with the European and Indian hubs extending the day at either end rather than defining it.
Working with us in Dubai
What UAE-based clients ask first.
01 Do you work with companies based outside the UAE?
Yes. Dubai is the headquarters and the contracting entity, but engagements run across Europe, the Gulf and South Asia, and the site is published in eight languages for that reason. Where a client needs a European contracting relationship, the Swiss office covers it.
02 Can you keep our data inside the UAE?
Yes, where the workload requires it. AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud all operate UAE regions, and we design the architecture so that data subject to residency requirements is processed and stored in-country, with a documented boundary showing exactly what crosses it and what does not.
03 Do you deliver projects in Arabic?
Yes — both as a working language for requirements, workshops and documentation, and as a product requirement. Right-to-left interfaces, Arabic typography and bidirectional text handling are engineering work, and we treat them as such rather than mirroring a Latin layout and hoping.
